Back in California…

Here are some redwoods on Mt. Tamalpais.

And here’s a view looking up…

And in the photo below, you can glimpse Katerini at the base of the tree trunks amongst some understory ferns.

    There is nothing like some huge trees to make you feel tiny :). The very first tree that Steve grew from seed was a Sequoia and we are just about to plant it out on Serendipity Farm at the front gate. Who cares if it grows to be enormous…it’s a tribute to our evergrowing love of trees and plants and the natural world :). Might even put a codit on it so that it is protected in the future
