Grilling shellfish – Vietnam

I ate a bunch of different kinds of shellfish the other day. We grilled them all on this small terracotta bowl filled with coals, the shellfish pop open when they’re ready. Click photos to enlarge. In the next post I’ll upload photos of some of the different types we were eating. All very good, dipped in a salt, pepper, lime, and chili sauce.
