Zingiberaceae, Zingiber spp. (spectabile?)

I could have sworn the plants these flowers came from was cardamom, but this doesn’t look like cardamom flowers. Not being very familiar with Zingiberaceae I don’t know what it is. It looks similar to Z. spectabile.
